Synopsis
The article is devoted to the study of the use of an electronic educational platform as an effective tool for preparing future educators for the successful implementation of the STEM approach in preschool education institutions. The need to integrate digital resources into the educational process of a higher education institution is substantiated to form modern professional competencies in students necessary for working with innovative educational technologies. The author analyzes in detail the potential of electronic platforms in the context of professional growth, emphasizing their role in providing access to relevant methodological information and increasing the practical readiness of future specialists to implement integrated educational solutions. The key element of the study is the presentation of an electronic educational platform, which acts as a virtual educational and methodological hub. The platform concentrates resources for familiarization with the activities of the educational and scientific STEM laboratory of the Bohdan Khmelnytskyi National University of Cherkasy, which allows future educators to visualize and acquire practical experience. Special attention is paid to the platform content: it contains a collection of ready-made ideas, creative solutions and step-by-step instructions for effective and exciting implementation of STEM education elements (in particular, scientific experiments, engineering design and mathematical modeling) in educational activities with preschool children.
