Management of the Educational Process of a Preschool Educational Institution in Crisis Situations: Ensuring and Improving Quality

The article substantiates the essence and significance of crisis management as a systemic approach to ensuring the institutional resilience of preschool education institutions under conditions of uncertainty and crisis challenges caused by martial law. The theoretical foundations of crisis management are revealed, including the analysis of crisis situations, risk management, resource mobilization, and the provision of effective communication. The main crisis management strategies are analyzed, and the specific features of their adaptation to the functioning of preschool education institutions are outlined, taking into account the specificity of the educational process and the age-related needs of children. Emphasis is placed on the necessity of prompt managerial decision-making, flexible organizational structures, and ensuring the continuity of the educational process under martial law. The expediency of using analytical and predictive models to enhance the validity of managerial decisions is substantiated. It is concluded that effective crisis management is a key prerequisite for the stable functioning and sustainable development of preschool education institutions in crisis conditions.
