Synopsis
The monograph presents a comprehensive study of strategic directions for reforming the preschool education system in the context of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, which requires a fundamental revision of approaches to the professional training of pedagogical personnel. The authors analyze the current state and challenges facing higher education institutions, focusing on the need to form specific competencies in future educators for working in conditions of uncertainty, in particular strategic and crisis management, the implementation of flexible professional development systems based on the competency approach, psychological and pedagogical resilience, and value-oriented education. The work substantiates innovative models of training specialists based on the principles of human centrism, digitalization of learning, and adaptability of educational programs to the realities of war and post-war times. The materials of the participants presented in the monograph are presented in the author’s edition and reflect the authors’ own scientific position.
